Responsibility

  • works closely with security team in store to help identify risks, ensuring all loss preventions procedures are fully investigated and any issues or concerns are brought to senior management
  • performs store operation tasks in a safe and productive manner
  • partners with Department Managers, senior store management and Store Administrator on all store issues and tracks all HR information in store at all times
  • supports Department Managers, senior management team and Stockroom Department Manager to manage loss prevention in the store
  • minimizes loss across department and store
  • drives the recruitment, induction, training and development module for their team
  • works closely with the entire management team and Store Administrator to identify both strong and weak performers in the team, enabling growth in the company and ensuring underperforming team members are effectively managed
