Responsibility

  • pick and pack all website orders, including gift-wrapping products where necessary
  • maintain clean, tidy and organised work areas
  • assist with inventory stock counts as directed by the management team
  • till duties – daily sales, to include reconciliation at end of day
  • since 2011 we have specialised in hand-poured luxury scented candles and diffusers
  • we have 3 beautiful shops located in Surrey and West Sussex
  • unpack and check stock deliveries, reporting any discrepancies and/or damages to the management team
  • help resolve any issues that may arise with customers deliveries

Requirements

  • you will be presentable and personable; will have a good and polite manner with all customers
  • you will be well organised and have good attention to detail, you will work with efficiency, accuracy and pace
  • ability to multi-task and be able to work well under pressure
  • be a real team player
  • customer service: 1 year
  • ability to multi-task, good time management and be able to work well under pressure
  • retail Sales: 1 year
  • this is a hands-on role and requires a reasonable level of fitness for stock management
