Responsibility
- stock control, checking and ordering stationary/kitchen etc. maintaining sustainability throughout. You will also ensure we are recycling correctly as a business
- general office tidiness, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, corridors
- understand office technology, ensuring MS Teams is operating successfully in external meeting rooms and addressing any issues raised by employees

- overseeing and facilitating the use of our meeting rooms via outlook calendars, ensuring they are tidy and ready for each meeting and that they are prepared with refreshments where necessary
- supporting with administrative tasks for the UK Development Team
- health and Safety, championing safe behaviours around the office for both employees and guests, briefing the latter on fire protocol. You will also check for hazards and minimise/mitigate risks i.e. slips, trips and falls
- person Specification
- coordinating interactions with other Low Carbon offices and employees including assisting when groups of team members are travelling to/from the development offices
- an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- you’ll have a friendly, approachable and professional manner
