Responsibility
- love Shack is a thriving restaurant/bar/events space in London, specialising in plant-based cuisine
- assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality vegan dishes according to our restaurant’s standards
- as we continue to grow we are currently seeking to expand our kitchen team with the addition of three chefs, in full and part time roles who contribute to our restaurant’s success
- we're a fully vegan, independent restaurant, bar and events space with a loyal customer base. We put out inventive dishes, cook with passion and are dedicated to sustainable practices, creativity, and turning as many people vegan as possible
- assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed

- previous experience in a commercial kitchen with a passion for vegan cuisine and familiarity with plant-based cooking techniques
