  • we are recruiting individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our Customer Adviser team
  • you will be a vital part of the team and the welcoming face of our gym to our members
  • you will be there to assist with customer enquiries and to ensure that they receive the best service & experience as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness of the gym is kept to a high standard

Requirements

  • good communication & organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • previous experience of working in a customer facing environment is necessary
  • strong admin and computer skills, with the confidence to learn new systems & databases quickly
  • customer service: 2 years
