supervisor
Responsibility
- maintain an audit ready Kitchen environment, challenging staff on poor practices and unacceptable hygiene standards
- responsible for ensuring the daily production schedule is completed before staff leave
- constantly challenging staff to maintain food hygiene standards, and reporting to the Factory Manager any repeat offenders
- complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- ensure all work surfaces are safe, uncluttered and clean at all times
- ensure areas are secure and safe at the end of the day
- monitor and manage the hygiene standards of both the chiller and the freezer areas, checking daily for spillages and the correct storage of products
- as part of the site Management team you will be expected to work 1 in 2 Sundays, where along with another member of the management team you will have site responsibility and be a responsible key holder
