  • strategy and weekly content creation for the website blog
  • general content creation to support wider activity - photo/video creation in-house
  • creation of monthly reports for non-paid social and email newsletters - setting and tracking KPIS and reporting to the Directors
  • review of data flows between website, customers and marketing and optimising
  • strategy for email marketing campaigns including setting up welcome flow, reviewing data flows & setting up segmentations, creation of 2-3 weekly newsletters
  • supporting on other advertising opportunities - liaising on content, negotiating on price
