Requirements
- at least two years’ experience working within a Housing Officer role or be part of our internal Ignite Graduate programme
- excellent interpersonal skills
- a good knowledge of current housing legislation
- a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management; and
- demonstrative experience of managing a challenging workload
- the role will involve working from home, with travel requirements to allocated patch and Group offices when required
