Responsibility
your job is to work alongside the sales team, assisting with day-to-day administration and clerical duties
receive incoming customer telephone calls and e-mails
welcoming visitors and guests
assist with sales and marketing activities including sending direct mail
ideally you bring knowledge of customer service but your main asset is your proactive approach, that will allow us to keep customers updated and sales opportunities flowing
to be one of the key contacts within the business, liaising as necessary across all departments to ensure customers receive a comprehensive response within agreed timescales
