Responsibility

  • your job is to work alongside the sales team, assisting with day-to-day administration and clerical duties
  • receive incoming customer telephone calls and e-mails
  • welcoming visitors and guests
  • assist with sales and marketing activities including sending direct mail
  • ideally you bring knowledge of customer service but your main asset is your proactive approach, that will allow us to keep customers updated and sales opportunities flowing
  • to be one of the key contacts within the business, liaising as necessary across all departments to ensure customers receive a comprehensive response within agreed timescales
