Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar warehouse role, particularly in an ecommerce setting
  • proficiency in using the Linnworks system or similar warehouse management software
  • forklift certification or experience
  • strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
  • knowledge of shipping carriers and procedures
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
  • physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects

Responsibility

  • identify and report any damaged or defective items, and work with the team to resolve issues
  • maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments
  • conduct regular stock counts and audits to reconcile inventory with Linnworks data
