Responsibility

- continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer
- lead and inspire a dedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset
- utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus
Requirements
- have a Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain background - Essential
- A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Advantageous
- exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential
- strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential
- commutable to Melton Mowbray - Essential
- warehouse Management: 3 years
- have managed teams beyond 10+ employees through managerial reports - Essential
