- A relevant degree and / or professional qualifications
- 2 years’ experience of managing varied work streams incorporating business, HR and finance
- ability to demonstrate awareness/understanding of equal opportunities and other people’s behaviour, physical, social and welfare needs
- ability to demonstrate understanding and commitment to safeguarding and child protection
- experience of WordPress events calendar, Jetpack CRM and on-line accounting software
- experience of customer-focused ‘front of house’ duties
- experience of social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- enthusiasm for working with children and young people
Responsibility
- finance
- monitoring of centre budgets, sales and purchase ledgers
- raising invoices
- completing all banking transactions
- organising and monitoring fundraising as required
- managing the centre’s bursary schemes
- communicating with schools about bursary funding
