- based in the beautiful village of Shamley Green set in the glorious Surrey Hills, Longacre School are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HR & Compliance Officer to join the School team on a six-month parental cover contract starting December 2023
- the HR & Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing the HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, administration, and the School’s Compliance
- this position is part time, working 20–30 hours per week and based on site. Flexibility on working hours and days can be considered. The school may consider a term time position for the right person
Requirements
- A thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and able to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
- an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- HR: 1 year
- up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice and be proficient in the use of IT systems such as Microsoft packages and databases
