Responsibility
- promptly, politely and positively answer telephone calls
- promptly and appropriately greet clients and their pets - by name as often as possible
- you report to Ashley McManus RVN, the Clinic Manager or Tina Leake RVN, the Deputy Manager
- prioritise clients and pets according to urgent needs
- in their absence you report to Jess Sproate RVN, the Head Veterinary Nurse
- ensure telephone enquiries get appointments as soon as possible wherever appropriate
- review clinic activities for the day and be prepared for the clients/ pets that are due each day
- make/ amend appointments for clients, always entering on the computer
