Responsibility
- manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
- develop and implement a seasonally updated cocktail menu that highlights agave spirits
- working alongside the bar team to deliver exceptional service
- overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring high standards at all times
- managing bar stock levels, ordering, and conducting weekly stocktakes
- training staff in beverage preparation and presentation
- monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- curate and maintain an extensive selection of premium mezcal and tequila
