Responsibility

  • working alongside the Finance Manager and Team, this is a great opportunity to grow in a finance role
  • ensure that accurate Hotel revenues are captured, recorded, and posted on a daily basis as defined by the USALI 11th Edition
  • prepare, reconcile, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to hotel revenues and statistics
  • located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, Bulgari Hotel London is both a haven of calm in the centre of the city and yet under a minute’s walk from such landmarks as the famous Harrods department store
  • review and balance allowances, rebates, paid outs, petty cash postings and miscellaneous charges ensuring documentation is approved and supported

  • we are looking for a Finance Officer - Income Audit to become part of a specialised and hands on Finance team that provides a dedicated accounting service on behalf of the business, guests and suppliers
  • review and reconcile daily cash transactions in Evention
