- conducting viewings with potential tenants and negotiating terms of the tenancy
- generate and conduct viewings for lettings
- marketing of properties effectively and provide regular feedback on progress
- regular communications with tenants and landlords regarding the property market trend and updates
- building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and property management staff
