Responsibility

  • the assistant manager at London Grade Coffee works under the General Manager, assisting them in the day-to-day running of the café
  • the chosen barista will be responsible for operating within our Flagship Espresso Bar in Bicester Village
  • they will need to step up and take control when the GM is off duty / away
  • maintaining excellent personal standards of customer service, and ensuring that these are maintained by Baristas
  • ensuring food safety standards are maintained
  • driving all café operations. Leading and inspiring the team
  • acting as an integral member of the team, balancing high standards of service whilst cultivating a fun atmosphere
  • delegating tasks to Baristas, particularly in the absence of the GM
