Requirements

- experienced in leading a multi-channel Customer Experience function
- proven experience of managing a multi-channel contact centre
- ability to coach, train and lead direct reports, managing and improving performance where necessary
- proficient in analysing and interpreting relevant data via business intelligence tools
Responsibility
- ensure service targets, SLA's and KPI's are continually reviewed and expectations are met with optimum levels of quality & service delivery
- ensure the accurate and consistent processing of exhibitor orders and payment processing for both pre event
- reporting to: Head of Event Management
- exhibitor invoicing
