I bought a mattress in January 2024 in June 2025 2metal rods came through the side so contacted londoneskimo with a photo I had a quick reply that the mattress would be changed.Delivery was arranged for the following Sunday,delivery was made on time and the old mattress taken away can’t fault the service i had and would strongly recommend this company.
