- be versatile in handling online files and keeping records of student data in coordination with the administration team both in hard and soft form
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- proven experience in IT support or a related field
- proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- knowledge of system administration and IT infrastructure
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- relevant certifications or qualifications would be advantageous

- customer service: 1 year
