Responsibility

  • financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and financial insights
  • compliance: Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulations, including tax filings and audits
  • internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • accounts Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
  • financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
  • communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, in both Arabic and English
