Requirements

  • previous experience of reactive and planned maintenance in a commercial property environment
  • knowledge of heating and ventilation systems – HVAC
  • computer literate, preferably with some experience of planned maintenance systems
  • proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance
  • proven practical experience and knowledge of electrical systems both single and three phase
  • experience of plant/mechanical and pools would be an advantage
  • planned & scheduled daily, weekly and monthly routine and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure fully operational facilities and high standards of finish and condition at all times
  • working with external contractors/suppliers
