Responsibility
- lollyday Childcare and Education Services is looking for a full-time, onsite early years nursery manager
- must be an aspiring candidate and highly motivated team player who is eager to move the company to another level
- this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery and the care and education of the children in the early years foundation stage
- to ensure confidentiality of all information received and shared
- attend nursery management meetings and feed appropriate information back to the wider team
- to follow the nursery safeguarding procedure to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure and ensure all team members are able to do the same
- to assist with the preparation and maintenance of materials and equipment
- to be responsible for the health and safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children and ensuring staff compliance and awareness
