- maintenance: 2 years
Responsibility
- undertake day-to-day maintenance and planned remedial works to keep the services in working order, keeping of records and routine checks as directed
- to dispose of regular waste in a timely manner ensuring contractors comply with pick up arrangements
- undertake any reasonable request
- as part of the maintenance and as required on an individual basis, lead in the planning and carrying out minor and major works, ensuring head of department coordination to minimise disruption and inconvenience to service users, staff and maintaining appropriate levels of security
- to continually ensure that work areas are clean and comply with Health & safety regulations and security protocols
- to ensure regular checks are completed such as: -Fire, Water, Security, Safety equipment as directed recording results in agreed formats/files
- keep jewellery to a minimum, and avoid items, which create a hazard to safety or health
