Requirements
UK driving license and reliable vehicle
sales experience on the phone or face to face
proven success in your sales ability, confident negotiator, and ability to ‘close the deal’
confidence to sell services and upsell on course training materials
strong client management skills
capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks
Responsibility
carry out interviews and presentations for courses as instructed by Head of Business Development
call booked inductions to confirm attendance, building rapport, adding details to V1, making notes, and setting future contact tasks
contact full course leads forwarded by the Customer Service Team to sell the course and take a deposit
identify and target new potential customers
identify key training decision-makers within organisations to develop relationships via all methods of interaction and presentation
bring new learners to the centres through these contacts
drive to Logic4training centres and client sites to carry out inductions/presentations (Sittingbourne and Basildon and from time to time may also be required to cover other Logic4training Centres
proactively build a solid deliverable pipeline of new business and increase business growth
