  • ⁃ Handling guest enquiries, either online or on the phone
  • ⁃ Reconciling payments and preparing reports for invoicing and payroll
  • ⁃ Creating client invoices
  • ⁃ Onboarding new properties, creating profiles and setting up listings
  • ⁃ Helping tenants with any enquiries or issues they may have
  • ⁃ Maintaining accurate records of property details across multiple platforms
  • ⁃ Responding to emails and scheduling meetings
  • ⁃ Co-ordinating contractors when repairs are required
