reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, as the Office Administrator you will undertake the responsibility for the day to day running off our small but busy office and management of our showroom, a varied role where you will be responsible for delivering a high-class of both office administration and customer service, as well as providing office based support to the installation team
proven experience as sales Administrator gained within a busy office environment
you’ll have a high level of competence in administering sales and purchase ledgers and Diary management and will assume responsibility for tasks such as creating customer estimates, processing orders and purchasing stock
what will this role of Office Administrator entail?
your duties will include answering telephone calls and assisting with queries, responding to emails, communicating with customers and suppliers, managing paperwork, promoting the business via social media, and new lead generation
