Responsibility
- loft Studios is a photography and filming studio complex in north west London
- we are a fresh concept kitchen, using seasonal produce, and catering for all dietary requirements

- assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef
- assist with stock taking when required
- carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
- ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded
- be customer focused at all times; approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs
Requirements
- display a real passion for food
- previous experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level
- team player with the ability to manage the team when the Head Chef is absent
- ability to manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
- compliant from both a Food Hygiene and Food Safety perspective
