Responsibility

  • loft Studios is a photography and filming studio complex in north west London
  • we are a fresh concept kitchen, using seasonal produce, and catering for all dietary requirements
  • if you'd like to be part of our energetic team and meet the requirements below then send your C.V
  • assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef
  • assist with stock taking when required
  • carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
  • ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded
  • be customer focused at all times; approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs

Requirements

  • display a real passion for food
  • previous experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level
  • team player with the ability to manage the team when the Head Chef is absent
  • ability to manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
  • compliant from both a Food Hygiene and Food Safety perspective
