Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- using our bespoke system to complete online jobs sheets time jobs and communicate with service team
- working with the service centre, maintaining fluid communication to enable efficient and reliable service to customers always
- this is a field technician role. Reporting to the Engineer Team Leader, you will be repairing, installing and maintaining WMF bean to cup WMF coffee equipment both on-site and at our workshop in West Drayton
- maintain in good working order company vehicle and allocated stock to ensure you are fully equipped to attend all call out requests
Requirements
- we are looking for someone with WMF coffee machine engineering experience
- computer literate and clean driving license required
- we will be based in West Drayton, however cover the UK nationwide
- self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours. Standby required 1 in 8 weekends and occasional evening and early mornings may be necessary
