• maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, bars, courtyard and other areas of responsibility
• to keep the bar and restaurant team both well-disciplined and motivated
• ensuring your team are cash and transaction handling correctly

• to be a first point of contact for guests, assessing their needs and ensuring they are met
• to ensure that your teams are well trained and knowledgeable in all menus and products
• to monitor the drinks and food served in all areas of the bar to make sure they are to the specification standard of Loco
• to set a good example to others around you, conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times
• to assess operational procedures and change and adapt where necessary
• to ensure you are aware of all events, menu’s and operation times of the business and these are communicated to your team
• to organise regular meetings and training sessions with your team
• to attend regular management meetings
• to become responsible for the opening and closing of the business, with responsibility for the building and all contents
