Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our team
- ensuring health and safety standards are met
- ensuring that a safe and clean working environment is always maintained
- escalation of any safety, quality or production issues in their area
- supervising operatives and work/role allocation of team members
- you will be reporting to our Production Manager, supporting our operatives and assisting in the manufacture of plastic blister and tray packs and contract packaging to fulfil customer's orders, based at our site in Hadleigh, Suffolk
- ensuring you always adhere to company procedures and rules and follow both verbal and written instruction
- ensuring all production is carried out in accordance with specifications
Requirements
- experience leading a team or managing processes, ideally gained within a production/manufacturing environment
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- good attention to detail
- ability to work quickly and accurately
- ability to use initiative
