Responsibility
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced bar supervisor professional to join the young and dynamic team at the non-profit charity LSC
- to provide excellent customer service
- to maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety each shift
- ensure high standards and efficiency of work
- maintain strict stock and financial control
- at LSC half of our business is based around sport and the other is hospitality and events! These events range from birthdays, functions, sit down dinners, weddings, corporate events, sporting awards, tournaments, community fairs, bonfire nights and much more!!Alongside this there is the day to day running of the Terrace bar located at LSC
- attend staff meetings
- pre-empt and actively respond to problems that arise and keep management up to date
Requirements
- bar Supervisor: 2 years
- supervising experience: 1 year
- bar: 4 years
- restaurant management: 1 year
- barista experience: 2 years
- bar management: 1 year
