- to attend SAG meetings or tabletop exercises - To
- weekends & time worked etc. are “paid pack” as additional leave as workload allows
- must have capacity for flexible working around large projects and business needs. Specifically, this will mean working on site at major events – normally during the summer season
- some communication with colleagues or staff “out of hours” – specifically “checking in” on events that you are not physically on site for
- being prepared to normally not take long holidays during peak periods and using accrued leave during quieter months and to co ordinate leave with other staff to ensure event department remains functional all year
