Responsibility
- we are a progressive horticultural Soft Landscaping & Maintenance company based in semi-rural Petersfield, Hampshire
- supervising, training & leading a team of 2-5 people
- delivering excellent Customer Service to our clients
- liaising with the Office Team, Site Managers etc
- the ability to problem solve when met with unexpected
- maintaining high horticulture practices
- tree and shrub planting
- grass seeding
Requirements
- skilled in soft landscaping operations
- previous experience in Managing/Supervising a small team
- good knowledge of shrubs, trees, hedging & herbaceous plants & their needs in a garden
- team player
- driving license
- experience of using landscape machinery
- grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year
