Responsibility
- to find suitable properties from the location library to match the client’s enquiry
- to liaise with the homeowner and client on all aspects of potential booking
- use our project management system to keep a track of the ongoing enquiries
- to add thorough notes on Locality’s administration site to show the progression of the enquiry
- add to the contact database
- answer telephone enquiries
- help to cover other staff duties in times of illness and holidays
- travelling to premises to be on site liaison between film companies and owners/premises managers
Requirements
- previous sales experience or experience within a client facing role
- possess a solid ability to manage conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- self-disciplined, structured and organised
- access to WIFI and a quiet area to work in
- hold a full valid driving licence
- knowledge of the commercial and/or residential property industry is a bonus
- knowledge of film/television/photography/events would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
