- we are currently going through a strong period of growth, making this an exciting time to join
- we are looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our expanding property management team in our Accrington office
- co-ordination of maintenance
- organising property inspections and gas checks
- updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
Requirements
- prior experience working within the property industry preferred
- prior knowledge of property functions and management preferred
- able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- excellent standard of communication
- strong administration skills
- property management: 1 year
