Responsibility

  • management of a team of 2nd charge Mortgage Case Managers
  • produce management information statistical reports, pipeline cases, completions, volume projections etc
  • team 1to1's and drive performance and motivate team, providing leadership, training and support to colleagues and peers
  • ensuring file quality is maintained
  • reviewing underwriting decline decisions to ensure all options have been explored/challenged
  • ensuring pipeline is consistently monitored and managed through the end-to-end process
  • continuously improving business operations and efficiency. Planning and implementing new processes/strategies
  • conduct meetings with team members recognizing team achievements, reviewing targets and workloads
