Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in network engineering and data security within an enterprise environment
  • understanding of Virtualized and Physical networking systems
  • core Firewall Management experience including policy updates and device redundancy fundamentals
  • understanding of Switch Management and Principles
  • familiarity with Load Balancing Technologies
  • understanding of TCP/IP and other Networking Protocols
  • understanding of Security principles and IT Security Compliance
  • proficient with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and/or other shell interface systems

Responsibility

  • in collaboration with the infrastructure team ensure patching is completed in line with the current security policy
