keep personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
proactive interaction with all company Production, Quality and Engineering departments with regards to operations, product trends, troubleshooting, performances, etc
drive the development of manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors
promote continuous improvements and cost reduction initiatives, maximise productivity and a positive work ethic
Requirements
high degree of technical execution experience
