- implement systems and procedures to ensure smooth running of all areas
- stock management, controls are in place and utilised to accurately order, process and track stock with minimal wastage
- assist with performance reviews of staff
- ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies and all legal requirements
Requirements
- operational knowledge of the hospitality industry
- experience supervising a team
- excellent customer service skills, standards driven and good organisational skills
- ability to communicate to and motivate your team providing day to day leadership and direction
