Responsibility
coordinate with customers, the designer, installers, gas safe engineers and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout the installation process
supervise and manage a team of installers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete their tasks
ensure that all safety protocols are followed
carry out site visits including some surveys, site deliveries and assist on site during exceptional circumstances
maintain accurate stock control and quality control related to project installations, including timelines, and materials
open and check deliveries of kitchen materials, make site deliveries and collect waste materials from customers' homes
manage and oversee the installation of bespoke kitchen projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
at least 5 years of experience managing kitchen installations or related projects
strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and contractors
strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards
kitchen Industry: 1 year
must be comfortable carrying kitchen materials up to 25kg
