Responsibility
- coordinate with customers, the designer, installers, gas safe engineers and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout the installation process
- supervise and manage a team of installers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete their tasks
- ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- carry out site visits including some surveys, site deliveries and assist on site during exceptional circumstances
- maintain accurate stock control and quality control related to project installations, including timelines, and materials
- open and check deliveries of kitchen materials, make site deliveries and collect waste materials from customers' homes
- manage and oversee the installation of bespoke kitchen projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience managing kitchen installations or related projects
- strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and contractors
- strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards
- kitchen Industry: 1 year
- must be comfortable carrying kitchen materials up to 25kg
