Responsibility
- utilise Fixflo software to manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities efficiently
- receive and log maintenance requests from tenants through Fixflo, ensuring all relevant details are captured accurately
- evaluate the urgency and nature of maintenance issues and assign appropriate response times and priorities
- maintain open and clear communication channels with tenants, property managers, and contractors to facilitate timely resolution of maintenance requests
- we are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator ideally with specialised knowledge in using Fixflo , a leading property maintenance software solution
- coordinate and dispatch qualified contractors to address maintenance issues, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness
- keep detailed records of maintenance requests, repairs, and associated costs in the Fixflo system
- monitor progress on maintenance requests, follow up with contractors, and ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
- proven experience as a Maintenance Administrator or similar role
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of property maintenance regulations and best practices
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- relevant certifications or qualifications in property management or related field preferred
