Responsibility
utilise Fixflo software to manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities efficiently
receive and log maintenance requests from tenants through Fixflo, ensuring all relevant details are captured accurately
evaluate the urgency and nature of maintenance issues and assign appropriate response times and priorities
maintain open and clear communication channels with tenants, property managers, and contractors to facilitate timely resolution of maintenance requests
we are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator ideally with specialised knowledge in using Fixflo , a leading property maintenance software solution
coordinate and dispatch qualified contractors to address maintenance issues, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness
keep detailed records of maintenance requests, repairs, and associated costs in the Fixflo system
monitor progress on maintenance requests, follow up with contractors, and ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
proven experience as a Maintenance Administrator or similar role
strong organisational and multitasking abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of property maintenance regulations and best practices
ability to work independently and as part of a team
attention to detail and problem-solving skills
customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
relevant certifications or qualifications in property management or related field preferred
