Responsibility
- the Living Rooms Apartments are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Night Receptionist to join our fantastic team
- this role requires working through the night plus weekend work
- we are looking for an individual that has high attention to detail
- maintaining the quality of service in a 5-star environment
- managing daily arrivals and departures, credit control, daily administration tasks and high-level service
- follow up on OTAs extranets with guest requests and reservations, update availability on extranets where required
- we are seeking to recruit a Night Receptionist with the ability to work effectively to ensure the smooth running of the front office area
- able to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff members
Requirements
- maintaining corporate standard operating procedures and quality of service in a 5 star environment across all departments
- able to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff of the hotel
- relevant experience in a 5-star hotel environment or similar
- first rate organisational, administration and communication skills and someone who can work under their own initiative
- experienced in MS Office and PMS systems
