Responsibility
- business generation/sales. Speaking to current and potential customers on the phone and via email, ensuring all opportunities are explored to meet the customers needs e.g. booking multiple viewings, arranging valuations, mortgage appointments etc
- other duties required in line with the needs of the business
- general office duties including answering the phone, dealing with face to face customers, emails and helping with any enquiries
- external appointments such as viewings, managed property inspections, inventories, check outs and other duties as required
