Responsibility

  • to assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of the service provision and delivery
  • to assist the Registered Manager and fellow Coordinator in all aspects of the service provision and delivery
  • to maintain accurate records in line with Care Solutions policies and procedures relating to care staff and service users
  • produce accurate care staff rotas on a weekly basis, ensuring all shifts are staffed and covering any unplanned staff absence

  • ensure care staff compliance using electronic call monitoring and digital support planning
  • accurately and appropriately match care staff to service users
  • investigate and resolve complaints, implementing any lessons learnt
