- we are looking for a career driven, initiative led, young, ambitious, focused , work led individual to lead a brand new team in our flagship business
- you must be bar savvy, cocktail trained, draught trained and comfortable with working as part of a team and being in a position of authority on an extremely busy bar, which will involve you leading from the front
- must be prepared to lead from the front, fast pace service is vital and an understanding of how to manage staff during busy periods
