Responsibility
an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Manager to join the Cleaning Team with Liverpool Airport Services Limited at Liverpool John Lennon Airport
in this role, you will provide close day to day management of the LASL Cleaning Team and support for the Cleaning Supervisors, to ensure that the team runs effectively and efficiently and regularly report on the teams’ standards and performance to the Head of Security & Terminal Operations
you will also be responsible for driving and ensuring high cleaning standards across the site as part of our key USP as the regions faster, easier, friendlier Airport
you will manage all contracts sitting within cleaning operations ensuring that the LASL team are equipped with appropriate equipment and tools to run effectively and efficiently, and continuously look for cleaning innovations by research, trialling and testing to ensure LJLA maintains its place at the forefront of customer experience
you will also be responsible for the cleaning budget and identifying savings/efficiencies whilst actively looking to generate revenue, within the team and identify opportunities for new income within the Liverpool Airport Services Ltd model
to be considered for this role, you must have proven supervisory or management experience within a Cleaning Operation, and experience of working within a busy customer focused environment
we are also looking for a candidate with strong IT Skills, and somebody who is able to work flexibly within our 24/7 operation to manage the operational performance of the Cleaning Team and drive standards to ensure the Airport’s high customer experience ratings are maintained
