  • conduct thorough consultations to explain the process of each product, eligibility criteria, and potential outcomes. Address any concerns or questions they may have and provide clear, transparent information
  • develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads, and to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • ensure all interactions and transactions adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, complete necessary documentation, and submit reports in a timely manner

Requirements

  • results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
  • thorough understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding mortgages and equity release
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients fully understand their options
  • strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor, with a focus on equity release. We are open to applicants from high-street banks and in-house Advisers from estate agents
  • sound analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and provide suitable recommendations
  • strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to identify sales opportunities, build rapport with customers, and close deals effectively
