Requirements
results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
thorough understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding mortgages and equity release
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients fully understand their options
strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor, with a focus on equity release. We are open to applicants from high-street banks and in-house Advisers from estate agents
sound analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and provide suitable recommendations
strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to identify sales opportunities, build rapport with customers, and close deals effectively
