LIVE WELL ACCOMMODATION is looking for employees for positions:

head housekeeper

  • head housekeeper

Responsibility

  • manage a small housekeeping team and organise weekly cleaning schedules
  • perform detailed and quality cleaning of guest apartments, including common areas and stock rooms
  • be able to make beds to a crisp hotel standard and present towels neatly
  • be able to vacuum, mop and dust to a high standard
  • ensure all fixtures are spotless and functional, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • manage and organise cleaning/product stock room and order in new supplies when required
  • manage and organise linen stock room by receiving deliveries and recording linen figures to be sent to management on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • previous experience in hotel/Airbnb housekeeping
  • previous experience in managing individuals
  • have thorough cleaning and sanitising knowledge, with excellent cleaning standards and strong attention to detail
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or part of a team
  • excellent communication skills with a positive “can do” approach to completing tasks
  • housekeeping: 2 years
